Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unused items, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a shipping mailer or box, ensuring skateboards are padded to prevent damage.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
